missingWrote a review on 10 Septcomplimentary breakfastproactive staffpoor housekeepingmaintenance issuesparking problems
The complimentary breakfast featured local organic products, which was a delightful touch. However, the housekeeping left much to be desired. my room was not well-cleaned during my stay, and maintenance issues like a loose bathtub spigot detracted from the overall experience. Despite a friendly and proactive staff, the parking situation was quite problematic due to ongoing seal coating. Overall, while there are strengths, significant improvements are needed.

We enjoyed our stay while attending a horse show nearby. The location was perfect for our large family, and we loved the festive atmosphere with decorations in the lobby. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the kids especially adored the hot chocolate.
For dads, it would be great to have more ice machines available on each floor to avoid long walks for families with little ones.

We went to a horse show in Saugerties and explored the nearby historic sites, which was super fun. The lobby was cozy, and the staff really took care of us. Plus, breakfast was solid and we loved that the location was so close to everything we wanted to see.
The only downside was the slippery shower floor. it could really use a mat. I slipped a couple of times, so stay cautious.

I really enjoyed the breakfast get-a-way kits, especially with the peanut butter and fruit on a bagel. The water bag was super handy in the heat. The indoor pool was perfect for a quick dip, and the sun loungers were great for relaxing after a long day. The only downside was the slightly overcooked eggs at breakfast, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 🌞

missingWrote a review on 24 Mayfriendly staffgreat breakfastconvenient diningdirty poolinconvenient ice machine
The staff were super chill and even hooked me up with bottled water late at night. Plus, the breakfast spread was solid with plenty of options to fuel my adventures. Nearby eats like A Slice of Italy and Chipotle are just a hop away for some tasty bites.
On the flip side, the pool could use a deep clean, all that chlorine made my kiddos' eyes red. Plus, there's only one ice machine on the first floor—kind of a hassle if you're on the upper floors with little ones.
